nice start, but i think it would look better if u got rid of some of those parking areas and replaced with props and greenery.

maybe your could give it the smae effect as a marina? maybe even function as one?

Thanks for the tips. I'll change the parking lots closest to the water to greenery and tree props. Look for version 1.1 later on today.

I don't know where you guys live, but in Minnesota we are ALWAYS running our of parking spots for boats. I wouldn't change anything! Great idea for a lot!

UPDATE: Lot now has grass on the shoreline. Future version will include an alternate with sand on the shoreline. TODO: Fix the boatdocks; Add the pollution factor for boats PENDING: Marina functionality

I live in Amery, Wisconsin. A so-called City of Lakes. So many people are fishing in the summer, the people are parking in the grass and on the street.

LOL I couldn't find a boat trailer. If anybody is willing to make one feel free to do so.

with the trees i'd say cut the air pollution, just raise the water pollution a little? looks great, i'm doing a coastal region so this will have a place.

This is absolutely perfect. And yep, I live right next to a lake and at the boat drops there is NEVER enough parking. Heck, it wouldn't hurt if there was a tad more. Nice job! :)
