This is a set of two BATs especially designed for those Halloween themed cities. Well, you might say, "hey Halloween is over,
what the heck does this guy has been smoking", I know 9 days have passed since Halloween, so just ignore it. lol.

To Install, unzip BlaM Halloween Packt Factory to mydocuments/simcity4/plugins/BlaM (if you don't have a BLAM folder, create it.)
