Make it growable with a realistic number of jobs (1000-1500??) and it would be a 10/10 since we need high-tech industry like this. A few smaller towers would complete a set of growable buildings that allow a higher density of high-tech than is available now

The tower doesn't show for me either. Also, think of the tower as high tech communication research and developement then the tower belongs for industrial. One more thing, even though it has 25,000 industrial jobs it doesn't seem to count for anything on the charts.

I'm sorry, I just realized why the tower isn't showing up in your games, you need to download the European Props file by RaphaelNinja...I assumed it was part of SimCity, this was my 2nd design. Just type EUROPEAN PROPS in the Search field and it will come up. Thanks!!!

I get the lot and some of the plots but no skyscaper but I'll keep it because it does add jobs

Same problem as your Millenium Tech lot - TOO CHEAP! This is a $$$ high rise with 25,000 jobs so it should cost a bit to plop - I am using it but I edited the 25k version to be $40,000 plop cost. You should do the same to make this more realistic.

I think it should also have CO jobs. It should have 1600 HT jobs, 1100 CO $$ jobs, and 300 CO $$$ jobs. (If anyone knows how to do this PM me.)

I like it, but what I don't understand is why it lists freight time as "long", even though it's placed right next to city connections and/or rail. Also, it shows no freight traffic with the traffic query tool. Isn't freight traffic something essential to all industry?
