UPDATED VERSION: Adds cranes and modifies construction times, plus a brand new readme. All users who have previously downloaded are encouraged to download again. IMPORTANT: This new version may not be compatible with a few other mods. See readme for details.
These are some *.dat files that will force all of the original civic buildings on the original Maxis lots to construct. It is eye candy only, and while the buildings are constructing they are still functional. This means that you can still build a fire station during a fire and immediatly dispatch trucks.
These are the buildings that will be constructed when you place the file in your plugins folder. They are all 18 of the civic buildings as designated in the Reader:

Large Elementary School
High School
Large High School
City College
Local Branch Library
Main Library
City Museum
Health:
Medical Clinic
Large Medical Center
Police:
Police Kiosk
Small Police Station
Large Police Station
Deluxe Police Station
City Jail
Fire:
Small Fire Station
Large Fire Station
Fire Department Landing Strip
