Looks like the mental hospital from the movie KPAX.... I REALLY doubt that a hospital will have a park in it. Nice try.

let's see..... -2 for no stats -1 for more than one helipad -2 for having a park -1 for having a sloppy layout -1 for less than 20 word description. =3/10

ratings? i universally refuse to download lots without good descriptions. why would i download something that might horribly unbalance my carefully crafted metropolis. this gets a two, even though its very visually pleasing. if i knew what it did, the rating would be different.

same stats as normal hospital... so why make a bigger one??
