High-rise residence halls for campus. Because you have to put the sim students somewhere, and there sure are a lot of them.
Many colleges have high-rise dorms built around the 1960's and 70's to increase their capacity and attract students from far and wide by giving them a school-maintained place to live (which actually costs more than anything around campus, so 'subsidized' isn't really the right word)
This BAT functions as a college with 1000 students.
