Its great, Having buildings " In Disguise " Can be very useful like mrbisonm said. Sometimes you want a certain look but not a certain effect in a certain area. like you might want some industrial right next to your residental but not have the pollution or negative effect on the area. I find things like this very useful and I think things like this are great downloads for the creative minds. Some lots are just not for everyone....Theres plenty of downloads out there for us to pick and choose what works for us.
