It's not black, I'ts only reeeeaaally dark ;)

This map looks like a very good template... Lots of room for development in SC4. Unfortunately the config.bmp doesnt seem to follow the flow of the map. Good job. 7/10

very good map, but what can I do that it isn't so dark any longer? Because so I only will get water in my region. ->sorry about my english, I know that it isn't perfect.

The grayscale it's really dark but it should work in simcity
