About This File
This was my big experiment at mapping, I think it turned out alright.. it's yet to be seen against the community though. 
Hope that you guys like it.
-- In a moment of utter genius, I realized I can put the jpg file in the zip folder with the png. Sorry abou that I was just not quite thinking last night.
Installation Instructions
1. Extract config.bmp and the capilano.png to a new folder in SimCity4/regions/ .
2. Open SC4Terraformer and import the image capilanopng.png.
3. Save and open the region in SimCity. It's going to look all pretty like how it is in SC4 Terraformer, but just go into each city and save it.. this will change it to your normal SimCity look... and voila!
Notes
I've had a bit of trouble making the greyscale version work... I've included both the jpg and the png files in the zip, so you can decide which one you want to use. If the jpg doesn't work, try the instructions above for the png one. If you use the PNG VERSION, it REQUIRES SC4 Terraformer. It can be found here. If you guys like, I can also put the .SC4m file in there.
