OK... it's not really a prop package either, but it doesn't really fit into any of the listed categories.  Trust me, you'll need it if you want to follow the series.

 Compatibility

This download is only compatible with SimCity 4 "Rush Hour" or SimCity 4 Deluxe.

is this like the falers and sebald dependecy, well im game, though i dont know what to rate this? dling now up next the wisner building!!!!!!!!

Edizz: Yes, it's like the Falers & Sebalds dependency. I just thought releasing it seperately made more sense than forcing people to download a building they may not want. Don't rate it... it's a dependency for crying out loud! :)
