Very clever! Any chance of a hotel? However this is not very useful as.. well I would never try to make a monopoly city. However you could make a hotel and make them growable and combine them with the new 'no maxis buildings' mod if you really wanted a city of just these :)

I am also waiting for the hotel! Or maybe You could get some modder to make a lot that would shift from one to more houses and then finally to a hotel as the city grows? Plop the house, then with 50,000 sims in the city u get two houses, and at 600,000 or so a hotel!

ive tried to make a hotel (takes 2 min.) but it only partly appears on lot editer as soon as i fix it i will upload it.

Honestly better than the hotel, but I still don't like it. =( 5/10

Again, oversized. Its like a house for a giant. When you can place another house in it comfortably, its a problem. More work needed... use the forums not STEX.

hey!!! this is usefull and is what i've been looking for to fullfill the gaps in my gourgeous city! i'm more than positive this Monopoly House will attract sims and players alike to it's glorious beauty. i'm deffinately downloading this useless item. infact, while i'm at it. i'm gunna uninstall SC4 because it's useless now. goog job!!! ...pft

Don't listen to the others; this doesn't need a function. If I were to put it in my city I'd think of it as a huge pop-art sculpture. But something doesn't look quite right about it. Work on it some more, call it a sculpture, and people will love it.

I agree with the first comment, by rodent, but instead 1x1 house and 2x1 hotel. But, it seems a little bright.
