this is another space background i made, its simply a black Background with white stars.
To install you must take out the PNG images and use them to replace the SC4 background images, to do this you place them in your Local Disk C/program files/Maxis/Simcity4(or simcity4deluxeedition)/plugins folder and it should replace them
if you have any problems you can PM me any time.
