An overlooked art-deco gem at the corner of Washington and Tenth Streets, the art deco New Fleidner Block stands out among its more propper neighbors. The building has changed littleover the years, recently shedding most of its red paint in favor of an eye-catching yellow paint job.
For this lot, I decided to make both the red and yellow versions. They just looked too good either way!
This lot looks best as a corner, W2wlot. And the faded ads on the brick sides are based on actuallong-time or long gone Portland businesses and event logos.
Installation Instructions:
There are two packages for each color I made. Because of this, I made two seperate installers so those wishing to install only one, could do so.
Unzip and run either of the installer programs, or both if you like. Files will unzip to C:/...my documents/SimCity 4/Plugins/Sparkythepenguin/new fliedner/<model color>
(you may change the destination if you wish). You may then go through and remove undesired versions.

Lot: 2x2 (all lots)
The growable lots should grow only as a stage 4 New York corner tiles.
