What is wrong with this building? I can't understand. Two months before I presented this on a chat and users was surprised. So, I don't know. I won't made a buildings for 'commercial success', only my ideas, only bldgs requested for users. So if you want to comment BATs - do it constructively.

There is no ploppable. Only grow with 4000 up to 6000 occupants.

its very good but.... i hate tha cell tower on top... its way too big and its not even centered. if u made it 1/3 of its current height and centered, i would definitely download it. also some stats would be nice, like static landmark please. i only like static landmarks.
