My favorite mexican restaraunt.
This El Fenix was made by me and Bobbo662 50/50. This was the original El Fenix found in Plano, Texas. The restaraunt has yellow awnings instead of red. Bobbo662 decided to make on his growable version, the awnings red. Respecting his wishes, I allowed him to do so. After all, We did do this 50/50. If you ever visit the Dallas-Fort Worth area, please visit El Fenix. They have wonderful Mexican food.

Please note that his version IS slightly different. This is the unaltered version. I'm not complaining though. The lot is transit-enabled, and can be found under the landmarks menu.
