Umm... Just a suggestion: It would be really nice if you posted the dependencies here. ;) I see some BSC overlay textures; the base texture isn't standard, either. The same goes for the flower beds, and the benches look like they come from some prop pack, too.

i like this these are the simple things we miss in our citys to make them more realistic
