Very good for a downtown sector and it even has a Starbucks and a Subway that make it that much more realistic.

Nice work, even the nightlighting is very detailed and well-done.

Developments like this are going up like wildfire in Los Angeles and its inner suburbs. It's too bad that SC4 can't handle mixed-use development.

I really like these buildings. We don't have enough small urban commercial buildings. However, why do you always skip including a readme file? I don't use plops and it's a real pain to have to figure out which desc goes with which.

well tonks,this one seems a bit rushed,and the nightlights map aint exactly your usual stuff,textures at the floor at the columns are a litle to bright, but oh well still a 10 though :D

It was rushed lol, it wasnt intended for release (i just needed to fill a 4x4 stile in my city centre)

you go thru all that for filling a 4x4 square?lol why not just cram it with trees or parks as everyone else do?:P
