Island Cottage is based on an actual building that has been designed by the architect Michael R McLeod. You can actually buy the plans to have this house built ... see http://www.southerncottages.com/island.html
The model here is presented in two versions, a 2x3 Landmark Lot and a 2x3 R$$ growable. Both lots are as identical as I could make them. Their stats are as shown below. In side the zip there is also a prop version of this building for you to build your own Lots. If you do build lots with this prop please do NOT include the prop in any Lots you upload to the STEX, but instead point them to this file.
