Not a software company, as you might have suspected, but rather the manufacturers of that best seeling of all clothes conditioners and softeners - SimSoft!
You will find two versions of this lot in the zip file. One is a 6x6 Landmark Lot that you can simply plop around your industrial zones. This version is rail transit enabled past the loading bays to the rear of the building. The other lot is an IM growable on a 6x5 lot.
