About This File

Props to mcmurray02 for his landmarks with employment; this one just follows his lead. The building has 3570 R$$ and 1530 R$$$ for a total of 5100 jobs (based on "approximately" 5000 people working in the building in real life). I also got rid of that giant lot that they put it on (5x4 as opposed to 6x6). Version 1.5: Fixed the PNG file, so now the menu icon matches the official one; also, it's a .dat file now, rather than a .SC4Lot file. Enjoy, drool

I would give this skyscraper a 10. This is perfect for my city, and it fits my city well (height & design). Employments add to the points.

The real BOAT has "approximately" 5000 jobs, so I decided 5100 jobs was a good estimate. mcmurray02 has 70% of his jobs R$$, and 30% R$$$, so I followed that for 3570 R$$ and 1530 R$$$.

I built Columbia Seafirst in SC3, and liked it. I'm glad to see it comes with jobs in this version. Very whizzy looking building.

I love it, but i was wondering if you could make a version where it is taller and more skinny. I just think they made it too small. It is much taller than what they made it look like... If you could that would be great.

ummmm.... There shouldn't be a password to extract the file. If you can't get it just PM me and I'll send you the .dat file. Making the tower taller or skinnier would require the BAT, which I am not going to touch. I would suggest you download the "Tiberian Thanefirst" on the STEX.
