This pack contains a set of growable Factory Unit lots. This style of factory is often found in newer light industrial areas. The construction is of simple pre-fabricated concrete slabs that are trucked in and assembled onsite. An estate of these will be almost alike with only signage and sometimes a bit of colour to make each one different. These warehouses are used by small businesses, such as specialist importers and car mechanics.
There are the following lots in this set:
- Two 2 (wide) x 3 (deep) lots,
- Two 2 x 4 lots,
- Two 3 x 3 lots,
- Two 3 x 4 lots, and
- One 6 x 6 lot.
There are no plopables in this set. Technical details can be found in the readme.
To ensure the proper functionality, make sure the files mentioned below are installed in the plugins folder.
