This is a map of Mount Vernon, Burlington, and Anacortes, WA as well as the surrounding vicinity.
Major features include the Skagit River (towards the east), Fidalgo Island (to the west), the northern tip of Whidby Island (south-west), and the Swinomish Channel (seperating Fidalgo Island from the mainland).
It is not to scale, and I did have to make a few minor adjustments in Photoshop (the river for example) because of the limitations of SC4 and USGS DEM data. With that said, there are a couple very minor differences between the map and the real thing, but it's really close.
6 large cities and 8 small cities. I tried to put the boundaries in areas that are conducive to re-creating the actual towns.
