I don't really like how it looks, and it is very unrealistic for a casino to make people healthier and smarter. If it made the sims smarter, they would stop going to the casino!

rabidbolweevil...if you read closely, it says that the casino agreed to support EDUCATIONAL and HEALTH programs if allowed to be build....which is not uncommon where i live, as the casinos are built on reservations and funds go toimprove health and education of the people in the community

Well, it's not bad considering it was mostly made with Lot Editor, but it needs more neon, and overall needs a more "glitzy" look. Problem is, that's a bit hard with Lot Editor. You might want to consider making future casinos with BAT.
