This is the second set of request lots for the BSC Raised Park series, featuring lots to go under El/Monorail and Highways.
This set is based on some requests for additional lots to fill out the base set. They contain six lots designed to go under Elevated rail lines, monorail lines and elevated highways. They use the same approach as simrolle's sbahnhof lots. Like the lots in the base set, these lots (see readme) are modded to act as a combination of Flower Gardens and Plaza's, with the emphasis being on Landmark Effect (to boost commercial demand/growth). The lots will reduce some air pollution, but do use and pollute water.
These lots are designed to match the existing Raised Park Base Set and Bridge Set of lots (and work with the other lots in the series. Technically they don't depend on the other lots but look a bit silly by themselves.
These lots are BSC Tracking Enabled (BTE) which means they may contribute to Reward Chains. Thanks to the BSC for assistance with these and those on SimTropolis who suggested these lots adding to the flexibility and usability of the series.
