i'm not sure which one looks better... version 1, or version 1.1... version 1, version 1.1... anyway, looks good, even if i can't decide which one looks more accurate :S

Looks good but looks out of proportion! Better than anything I could bat though!

I'm sorry, but it looks too tall & thin compared with the real building and the colours look very different. Besides, the textures don't really blow me away. No weathering effects on the roof, and the sides look like smooth cardboard, not like a structured building (where are those vertical ribs?).

I recommend gascooker's tutorial on texture gradients, and make sure you check 6459978's BAT thread. He posted a small, but very useful texture tutorial there. These ought to show you some useful tips.

Actually, the poor resolution and re-sized photo give it the appearance of uniform brown... it's actually quite grainy, like real stone... - CDI_spy

oh, and spy, i know i'm not around much, but could u shorten the building just a tad? u overdid it a little, not 1,5x, more like 1.3x, that would be a little better

Well it's hard to change styles... you see it's a re-creation project, and people vote on which building they want to see next... check out the links! - CDI_spy
