Just hold down the ctrl button, and zone one large 18x7 zone of commercial. In my experience, if your city can handle it, it grows rather quickly. If it doesn't grow, your city doesn't have enought demand yet.

I can't get either of the Super Centers to show up... they are not to be found in either landmark or rewards. I have all the depends but still nothing even on second re-install. HELP!

Wow, the guy that said Johnson Creek is 100% on the ball. It looks exactly like a Prime Outlet Center (there's one in Oshkosh, and about 25 nationwide).

Impressive! This is more realistic to how America is growing (or has been growing) rather than the "main street" zoning SC4 tends to create.

Freakin AWESOME! can't wait till it developes. You should make it ploppable as an alternative if we can't get it to develop.
