pretty! i'd suggest the blue strips be mirrors, and make them look like they are panels, with some kind of reflection of something on it (maxis trick to realism i think). absolutely lovely.

I love this BAT. However on one instances, this building grow by itself and when it finished constructing, I got an empty lot with jobs. Weird.
