About This File
This is the growable version of the MCN Apartments, similar to the version shown in my CJ, the Planet Myon. It is 10 stories high and around 55 meters high, counting the roof access port, and holds 392 R$$ sims. It is a stage 6 building, so your cities need to be relatively big for it to be able to build.
Just like my other BATs, you may use it in your CJ's but you can't use it in another lot without my permission.
