Very good BAT!!! One note, the lot is 2x3 not 3x2 (the 1st dimension refers to the side facing the road); and teo questions: what's the building style? (Houston, Euro,.)? What growth stage the lot is? will I need high-density zones or medium is enough?

the tile set is all, growth stage is 7 and its high wealth. I did build it like the ingame one. I didn't like the roof on the ingame one so I made one like it without the roof junk. Thanks all for your comments.
