About This File

A recreational ground-level fountain.

Aqua Plaza is a fun place to be on hot summer afternoons and evenings. Sims will enjoy playing in the fountain as well as watching the dancing water.

Functions as a Large Plaza, but with a plop cost of 300 and monthly and bulldoze costs of 30.

Oh, shit. I don't know what happened, but I only gave you 2. Sorry! I give you 10, and I'm really sorry for that lame rating I gave you. I placed this right downtown!

Thanks eldar! If you enjoy it and find it useful, that's what matters to me. :) ALTX: Good thought, but the idea here is that water shoots from small holes in the ground, and people can interact with the fountain on the surface.

That's splendid! There are lots of fountains like that in the Southeastern US, where I live. I can think of one in Atlanta and one in Spartanburg, SC right off the top of my head.

Actually, I just returned from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. There is a similar fountain at Broadway at the Beach (a popular tourist attraction there), and that was the inspiration. :)

bobhiltner: There are a number of fountains like this in real-life. Water shoots from very small holes and then sinks back in tiny cracks in the ground, where it is ejected again.

Downloading now, I love the look. My wife and I just took the kids up to St. Joseph, Mi, where they have the "Whirlpool Park" which is like this with the fountains shooting up, and also 'water cannons' that are around the edges that shoot towards the center on a timed basis.
Very cool, can't wait to put it in the city!
