I like this alot but I'd like to see it as a growable and maybe change the texture on the roof atleast and add a few props to the yard. I'll track it incase you update it.

THe textures aren't that great but it's a very original design. Great job!

Looks good, but the texture.... the texture is not so good, it looks like the roof is made out of a sheet of plywood.

Pooty... I'm dissapointed. This does not mesure up to your standard for lot. but, it's still good, so 7/10.

I like the walls. I also notice that the yard of the lot is raised above the neighbouring yard.....unique!

It's a cool contrast to style of the rest of the R-buildings in SC4. 10/10!
