About This File

Sunken Higway Walls

This little set is designed to enhance the look of sunken higways.
It provides straight walls that fit on the slopes surrounding sunken ground
higways. And it also contains special pieces to nicely integrate overpasses
into your sunken higway network. You can find them in the parks menu.

I recommend using the hole digging lot for ground higway to get the right
slopes beside your higway, especially to get the terrain needed for the
onramp pieces. To get them right you should dig a hole with the diggin
lot then level the terrain by placing single street tiles. When done lay the
highway and plop the overpass, hopefully you should get the right terrain.
If not try playin arround a bit with the terrain tools somtimes its just tricky
to get it right but in most cases it works fine.

Totally awsome. They work wonderful with the digging lots. Though I wish there were diaganal peices. But great job.

Integrating highways aesthetically has always been hard, thanks a million. (now all we need is to elinate the grass in urban settings)

Cool highway! I wish this came with the game when I first bought it!

This is brilliant stuff! Certainly deserves a 10 here! Now I'd like to add some suggestions to your project: - pieces for highway intersections - diagonal building pieces - slightly darker color, something like concrete which is greyish.

These look even better with the blacktop highways/freeways (see the Lattica CJ for what I mean). The Newtonian Department of Roads is also looking into these for the proposed Coolangatta Motorway. We'll need diagonal and corner sections though.

WOW, the set is amazing! But it were cool if you can make some diagonal pieces!
