About This File

Having pretty much exhausted middle class residential ploppables, I've decided to turn over a new leaf. Here are my first commercial ploppables. This set is ideal for lining major streets in residential areas with some shops. I don't know about the rest of the world, but there's a lot of this in Toronto.

This set contains 4 lots and a few new plugins, which should all go in the Plugins folder.

I see alot of sho[ps like this in lower class areas most everywhere I visit, close together like that and all, my only suggestion and it is probably impossible, would be to add crime to it. Great realistic lot that i'll definitely use 10/10.

Pooty, they come in 2 "varieties"; 1x2 and 4x2, so that you can pretty much fill whatever area you need. And ALTX, they're close together because that's how they are around where I live; attached older buildings.

... ALTX, I can always count on you for a nice, low rating :P. No hard feelings, though.

Yep, these line a lot of the streets in Toronto. Separated by sometimes effective firewalls. Really nice job!

I love these ploppables, the only problem is that I can never get them to stick around.. They always go abandoned, even when I have everything they need to stick around... pisses me off haha, how do I correct this?

are you zoning before plopping?? make sure you zone commercial and then plop this down on it. ALSO make sure you ACTUALLY have demand, duh. and also desiribility plays a role aswell.

Maybe someone can help me. I loaded these and they worked fine. Now all I get is the base and some props, no actual buildings. Not sure what happened. I even deleted the files and reloaded them??? I really love these because they lend themselves to small main streets so well.
