The textures are glaring and bland, and it looks like little time was spent on the model as well. For your sake I'm going to abstain from voting.

I like this kind of LOT - it could be a base for a kind of 'Gutshof' [German]. Anyways, try to add some gradient to roof/walls. And maybe add some windows (or tree props) to the small building in front of the given picture. No voting, yet

The textures needs some serious work ... the rest is a good base.

I've always needed more residential buildings for my cities.

Beatiful building, carefully made lot, and not to be overlooked, a real building! With a little improvement of the textures (as many have suggested) this would get a 10!

Question: In which building styles will this grow? Is it Euro-only?
