Great building, but maybe you should choose another font for the "H" of the heliport. Looks strange with serifs.

So far this is my tallest Eastland Grand building.

Amazing bldg. Totally kickass. I especially love it at night. Great Job. Although dont threaten people that you will take your work off, like you did in Dev's billboard comment. We love your work, but its just wrong to backstab people like that.

Nice Work! I really like the night ligthing job. Reminds me of the lighting schemes high profile office buildings do.

i really like this building because it will look good in the business area. i also like the sparkling blue glass and i think that the heliport was a very good idea for very rich sims business people. i hope you will make a eastland grand 5 with 65 stories.

lol, just curious, do you know how windy any rooftop plaza would be up on a building that tall? Oh well, not all buildings are designed perfectly, and its good to recreate those kinds of flaws in simcity. good job.
