3900 meters? LOL! Thats 10 times taller than the World Trade Centers, which are now 0m....but, were 384m or so, around 1,000 ft. But, in place of the WTC, they are building the 'Freedom Tower' in its place, about 500m tall, 1500 feet. But if you get the point, thats very unreal. No rating.
