Why get wet while walking across a plaza? Covered plaza is the answer, pay for one, get TWO...!!! It`s amazing, how do they do that?!

 

The stats:

Lot size: 2x2

Plop cost: 34

Bulldoze cost: 100

Monthly cost: 15

Landmark effect: amount 15 radius 25

Park effect: amount 15 radius 25

No polution

 

Dependencies: none.

 

Install instructions: Unzip the files in your SimCity/plugin folder.

The lots appear in the park menu.

Wow this is nice. There used to be a pool here in town that was covered, but due to public funding, sadly, all the public schools in Milwaukee will be shut down for the summer, so I'll take a virtual dip in the one you made. Thanks alot!!!!!!
