This small 1*1 scratch can be usefull for a parisian set. There are hundreds of buildings like this one inthe Frenchcapital. Again, it should theorically be both a Res and a Com (small fashion shop at ground level). The present dat includes two versions: one ploppable CS$ (10 jobs) and one growable R$ (up to 30 people).
How to proceed:
- download and unzip the present file in your plugins folder.
- optional: download and unzip the following file in the same folder:
- in SC4, find it in the landmarks menu.
