Based on one of STEX' landmarks known as the Bosworth Tower, this residence is home to many wealthy Sims who own a luxury residence in the city's downtown Areas. The Waldorado used to be a landmark hotel that was later converted to a luxury condominium. The building will house 1280 R$$$ residents.
