it looks quite good. just a small thing, the flags i think u can rotate, so its facing the right side -- and maybe so the one on the left is in the corner as well; cuz im a sucker for perfection ;p i give it an 8.

Diplomatic ties usually bring ecconomic ties as well. It would be great if an embassy could bring some big business deals.

The thing with the position of the flag,I have tried f-doc.It is difficult at a certain height to ajust the flag as we wish,because sometimes it seems to get out of the position in different directions.This is the best I can do.

I'm glad to see you put some heavy security around the building. When they built the American embassy in Ottawa they had to rip up half the street to build conrete walls.And to top it off the city of Ottawa was left with a giant black steel building shaped like a warship. Good job! :D
