Tell him how to improve or keep it to yourself. I don't think it is transit enabled and I think the grass areas are just used to dress it up. It's not for me, there is too much included that I allready directly have. If you lost the lighthouse and the game dock I would use the smaller lot.

Give the guy a break! The refinements of lot making comes with time. We all learn from constructive feedback and improve in our next attempt. For me a few trees would have been nice. Better than my first lot. Well done.

Ever since the BAT has come out, certain people have got into the habbit of dissing new creators. If you havent made anything, then why diss it? Could you do better for your first try? If you must say that it is bad, then say it nicely, and constructively.

The more you put down people, the less content you will have on the STex. I Personally think it deserves a 7, You just need some trees.

like u, i too am beginning. but yours is pretty good. as for the negative ones, they must remember, they once were even worse then u. u should see some of the stuff i did (at the simcity.com lot). well, im giving u a 7, cause its more impressive than my stuff.

oh, and for those who enjoy beating up this guy, im telling u, its negative comments like this that keeps developing creators from starting to create real things. jimmy, very good try.

Concept is good. I need a Marina/Hotel/(Casino maybe)... The piers I like, keep working on it, or I might build my own... lol! Decent first BAT.

I understand you working on your mods and that you just started but why actually POST? Please don't post until you are sure your mod is up to standard, maybe not the best but atleast worthy of the simtropolis name... Although really all this mod needs is trees and a better layout...
