I didn't think England had tall buildings.....

England has moderatly tall buildings, just that they became hugely unpopular after the 60s for a while, mainly because they were poorly built residential blocks. Though now London has finaly caught skyscraper fever, everyone else wants in on the act again.

In the 60's it was cram as many people in to one space fever, these tower blocks look horrible and ugly now, and many of them are being demolished GOOD BAT THOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh poop. Now I have to replicate Somerstown. I dont suppose theres a version of that slightly peppier coloured towerblock that's on the north side...the right hand side of Winston Churchill Avenue as you head towards the Magistrates Court?

These are the Queen Street Tower blocks but somerstown tower blocks are on my 'to do list'

Excellent!! They look just like the high rises in Scotstoun and Knightswood in Glasgow, Scotland. These shall be right downloaded tonight!!
