This is a wall to wall Cs$ shop and is a 1X2. The picture above shows two shops together. Like the other in game shops of this size, this building has 85 Cs$ jobs. It is based on the shops I see around my neighborhood on the commercial thoroughfares (these buildings can be found in the outer boroughs of NYC). In reality however, only the ground floor is used for commerical purposes, and the top floor provides low rental housing. However to my knowledge, mixed use lots are not allowed in SC4, so this is only a commercial building.
UPDATE - I inlcuded two corner lots into the zip (one for each corner). These corner lots are like the original lot only they have windows and doors on the appropriate side instead of just a brick wall.
