The house corner is floating on the water? Even if you put support beams down in the pond corner, this would be an architectual disaster and would run up a fortune to do. Tear out that pond, expand the lot, put the pond in a more suitable area back from the house and put in a drive.

Not bad, If you put a driveway on, it might make quite a nice mayors house (I wonder if you can modify the lot so two mayors houses can appear in the rewards menu?) for a small rural community where a mansion with acres of space looks a bit out of place.

Novel idea, but maybe you should show some sort of support structure under the house. Struts, earthen berm, or something that shows the house is not sitting directly on the water. Ooops maybe it's a sinkhole!
