Trees on the roof?

I don't think that the tree was meant to be on top of the house.This happens once in awhile in the game though with some props.

No - its a Tree THROUGH the roof. Some people will build their houses around Trees, even incorporate trees in them - like this

Yeah, DvdGStwrt is right. I used to live in a small town called Cowgill, Missouri (hour north of Kansas City) & one of the houses there had not only it's porch built around this huge oak tree but also on one side of the house it also had the branches running thru it.

However cc326, this lot would be better as a growable R$$ or R$$$ or a ploppable with population versus a civic building of undisclosed origin. (???police station, fire station, city hall, elementary school....what lot did you build this on???)
