Police HQ (AKA Arthur Flowers House)

This building not only contains all the office accomodation required to run a 21st century Police Force but it also contains a community Police Station as well so benefits the wider community too.  The building, constructed in the late 1950s, features nine floors of fully serviced office accomodation, all plant being conveniently located in the basement boiler room or in the rooftop enclosure.  There is also a staff canteen on the top floor and ample parking for official vehicles at the rear of the building.

No it's not really based on anything real, just a generic combination of elements inspired by other 1950s/60s buildings. It was kind of inspired by Winchester Police HQ but isn't much like it!

Very cool. This reminds me of the police station from Dragnet the TV show. I love it. Looks great.

Looks pretty realistic for a late 50ies/early 60ies building. I like it, hope it's got a really large radius.

I like it - reminds me a bit of Nuneaton police station. Nice original comment from Glenni there as well... I went looking for his great lots but couldn't find them...

Thanks everyone! Hopefully (when I get round to it!) I'll be giving this building a bit of a makeover - better textures, extra detailing, a better lot, NDEX functionality and proper nightlights.

Makes it feel real. Not too flashy, not too plain. I like it's large size which fits in nice in the medium density districts surrounging my circle of skycrapers
