im missing some dependencies :P, otherwise, if you made it brick, it'd look EXACTLY like the old school near the gravel pits on Hwy 71 south of Altair, TX., so id say its a 8 because it looks very realistic

Still a brown box - as are most of this persons mods. what a waste of time, shame as it looks good.

I'm pretty sure the reason for the brown box is that you need the buildingprops dat from the official site's LE page, as that is a regular Maxis building, is it not? If so, that should be the missing dependency.

I could only determine that the missing dependency is not 'Maxis buildings as props', as deathtopumpkins has suggested.

 

I do see part of the building (blue walls), the box hovers over the roof. What could it be?

Unfortunately the dependencies are not clear...
