About This File

This fits perfectly in those small 45 degree intersections you have all over your city.  Place one of these downtown in that one spot you always wished you had a building and youll be amazed at how nicely this fills the space.  CO$$$ Ploppable only.  113m tall at 28 floors.  $1500 to plop, creates ~600 CO$$$ jobs.  Thats right, you arent imagining things, this really is plopped in that 45 degree intersection, no gimmicks.

outstanding work . More please ! Duke87- I bet he is using the building as a prop that way it can over hang a smaller lot and aviod the need to mess with traffic and such.

Interesting idea. Is it a small square lot with the building overhanging to create the triangle, or is it a large lot with a transit enabled road running through?

OK, had a look in the reader, it's a 1x1 lot with the building overhanging 16m in each direction.

exactly deadwoods, I put just a tiny tutorial up in the BAT: Workshop thread for this method, it really works great for this type of work, I will try to do a few more like this as well.

the building looks very nice. 8 for the building, but the lot is gorgeous, useful, and unique, so I give it a 9. I'll definatly use this puppy.

Excellent, please make more buildings like this. I love parks in my cities but it looks funny having a park at the end of each block just because the roads are angled :D:D

Woah, just what I need for those 1 tile gaps that would otherwise have been fille by a rowhouse! Great job.

Are you planning on continuing with your diagonal buildings? This is great as a breakthrough building (I've never seen it before), but it is quite plain, and stands out like a sore thumb in many areas. Maybe some corner housing, or small shops?
