About This File

Bunnings Warehouse is a large hardware franchise which has dozens of stores scattered all across Australia and New Zealand. This is the first of my BAT and isn't great. But it is almost identicle to the store in Townsville.

Cost:2000 (I think)

Type: C$$ Ploppable (Power Required)

Jobs: 500

Dimensions: 6x5

To a male in Australia a visit to the Bunnings Warehouse megastore is a akin to religion - I can spend hours there - Well done on your first BAT. Keep up the great work.

Yep the big boys toy shop! Not bad for a first try. If you decide to revisit the model, I'd darken/desaturate the green and try a different roof (have a look at my sports complex). The sun sails over the gardening area would be a real challenge.

DAN_: I think the company makes alot of their stores look alike so it wouldn't surprise me.

Its not barren enough, needs a more waste land carpark. Not a bad bat at all. Other than that I hate bunnings since they becoame a homewhere store and stopped selling hardware. This is after they put all the other hardware stores out of business.

Ah, I just thought why not add a garden center bit, could prob just do it with the lot editor. Sorry previous message character limit reached, editing made it a little unreadable.

I am going to revisit this lot soon. I plan to expand the lot and add the garden area. I am unsure whether i will rerender the building or just improve the existing building.
