I think its about time to start this thread up again, im slowly starting to learn to BAT and currently BATing the Kwinana motorplex in WA. Also im going to start the Bunbury tower also in WA.

What i would love to be in SC5 would be private investers which could develop parts of your land. So not only do you(mayor) develop land but you can also go through the process of approving private developments for a specified piece of land. This is so you can have a say on whats gets built. Like in real life. -
